StrollersforPets.com - Fair Return Policy

Our Fair Return Policy is simple, easy and fair - if you're unhappy with a pet stroller that you bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. For details, read the policy below.

  • If your stroller came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please call us immediately at (888) 726-2481 or e-mail us at info@StrollersforPets.com and we'll remedy the situation.
  • If you'd like to return a stroller, it must be unused and in the condition you received it in. It should also be complete with all warranty cards, original box, and instructions. If the stroller isn't in new condition you will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you'll be charged for return shipping.

To avoid any confusion, please refer to the refund grading scale below.

Grade Refund % Criteria
A -10%
  • Any cosmetic marks, stains, burns, scuffs, rips, tears, holes, dings, dents or scratches less than one inch.
  • Missing warranty card, instruction manual or orginal box with packing.
    • B -20%
  • Any cosmetic marks, stains, burns, scuffs, rips, tears, holes, dings, dents or scratches between one and two inches.
  • Any box that has been opened. Missing parts, pieces, screws, tires or any component that came with the item.
    • C -30%
  • Any cosmetic marks, stains, burns, scuffs, rips, tears, holes, dings, dents or scratches between two and six inches.
    • D -50%
  • Any cosmetic marks, stains, burns, scuffs, rips, tears, holes, dings, dents or scratches over six inches.
  • Any significant bends, breaks or other damage to frames or axles, cracks in molded resin but item is functional.
    • E -100%
  • Any significant bends, breaks or damage to frames or axles, or anything that affects the functionality of the item.

    • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card, PayPal, etc...) or as a gift certificate.
